User Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Auxora at any time. This page explains what data we hold, how to submit a deletion request, and what to expect afterwards.
What Data We Store
When you use Auxora, we store the following categories of data associated with your account:
- Account information: name and email address
- Interview responses: text answers and voice transcripts from your growth strategy interview
- Generated reports: your AI-produced growth strategy documents
- Payment records: transaction identifiers (full payment details are stored by Stripe, not us)
- Usage logs: session and interaction data collected via Google Analytics
How to Request Deletion
Option 1 — Email Request
Send an email to academy@auxora.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include:
- Your registered email address
- A brief statement confirming your deletion request
Option 2 — In-App Request
Log in to your Auxora account, navigate to Account Settings, and use the Delete Account option to submit a deletion request directly.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive and verify your request:
- We will verify your identity using your registered email address.
- Your data will be removed from production systems within 30 days.
- Your data will be purged from backup systems within 90 days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
Data We May Retain
In limited circumstances, we may be required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations (for example, financial transaction records required by applicable tax and accounting regulations). We will inform you of any such retention in our deletion confirmation email.
