1. Description of Service

Auxora is an AI-powered marketing platform for direct-to-consumer brands. Users connect their Shopify store, complete a brand strategy interview, and the platform generates personalized landing pages, ad creatives, and go-to-market strategies.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Auxora. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information and to keep your account credentials secure. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any actions taken through your connected Shopify store.

3. Shopify Integration

• You must have a valid Shopify store to use the Shopify integration features.
• By connecting your store via OAuth, you authorize Auxora to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may disconnect your store or uninstall the app at any time.

4. Payment and Billing

Accessing certain features requires payment, processed securely through Stripe. The applicable price is displayed at checkout before purchase.

All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided once a report has been generated and delivered to your account, except where required by applicable law. If you use Auxora through the Shopify App Store, billing may be handled through Shopify's billing system.

5. Intellectual Property

• Platform: The Auxora platform, software, design, and brand are owned by MindLight Tech Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of the interview responses, product data, brand assets, and business information you provide.
• Generated Content: Landing pages, ad creatives, and strategy reports are licensed to you for personal business use only. Commercial redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of generated content is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell or commercially redistribute generated content
• Use automated scraping or data harvesting tools
• Impersonate other users or provide materially false information
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the platform to generate misleading or deceptive advertising
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Auxora content is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for evaluating the generated content and for your own business decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular outcome for your business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindLight Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Auxora. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which MindLight Tech Inc. operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of Auxora after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
